With more than four decades of leadership and management experience, I am excited to announce my candidacy for Kingsland City Council Post 1. Having retired from active-duty Air Force as a Lieutenant Colonel, I relocated from the West Coast to Southeast Georgia in 2001 to work at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC). My positions at FLETC over the next 22 years reflected increasing responsibility, including:

I humbly ask for your support in my bid for Kingsland City Council Post 1. Together we can continue to work toward Kingsland’s Vision to “provide the highest quality of life to our citizens, business owners, and visitors at the lowest cost to the taxpayer.”
- serving on the Camden Crisis Center Board of Directors, 2017 – 2019;
- serving four years, 2019 – 2023, on the Camden County Board of Elections and Registration (BoER) and completing State requirements to become a Certified Georgia Elections Official;
- serving on the BoER New Precinct Opportunities Committee, which streamlined the number of county polling precincts and locations from 14 to 11;
- serving since Fall 2023 on the Camden County Board of Equalization to hear appeals from county residents regarding their property tax assessments; and,
- volunteering as income tax preparer since 2021 with the Volunteers Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program.
